Cornerstone
(EUROPROF) |
| Description |
The
project has developed an approach to the question of national difference
based on identifying and elaborating a series of common 'cornerstones'
for development as part of an agreed common framework. Within this common
framework for the education of VET professional each national partner is
free to develop their own qualifications within their different cultures
and systems and according to regional national needs. The following sections
map out the cornerstones of this framework [section headings – S.M.]:

anthropocentric
production and shaping skills;

the 'social
organisation of innovation';
-
work process
knowledge;
-
new occupational
profiles;
-
occupational
expertise and human resource development;
-
the existing
education of VET professionals;
a
new curriculum profile for the education of VET professionals." (Attwell,
