the project has been carried out in the form of joint seminars where the
different European partners presented papers based on their expertise and
earlier studies and where a corpus of shared material was assembled. Round-table
discussions during the workshops have helped the collaborators to make
comparisons and draw conclusions. The meetings of such a multidimensional
team have been intense. Their organisation is based on tasks defined in
each working seminar for the period following it. Each meeting of the partners
has opened a new phase in the ongoing implementation of the project." (Lasonen
