The EHRD Base focuses on the European perspective of HRD. Its main concern is to capture the complexity and diversity of this perspective rather than to highlight specific features assumed to be 'European' in comparison to other parts of the world. A basic resource is provided by those studies which address the issue of the European perspective of HRD (as European dimension/ model/ outlook/ perspective/ vision etc.).
